Service provider
These Terms apply to Calendar Syncer, operated by Philip Reichen Software, a Swiss sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) at Hohlstrasse 206, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland. They are public-launch product terms, not legal advice, and they do not claim that external legal review has occurred.
Service
Calendar Syncer provides one-way calendar sync from Microsoft Outlook Calendar into Google Calendar. Outlook remains the source of truth. Google Calendar events are shadow copies and Google-side edits are not synced back to Outlook.
Billing
The paid offer is $9/month after a 14-day free trial. Billing, receipts, payment method handling, subscription management, and the customer portal are handled through Stripe. Not VAT registered; Swiss VAT/MWST is not charged while the business is not registered for VAT. Users can cancel future renewals through the customer portal or by contacting support; refunds are handled case by case unless mandatory law or Stripe rules require a different result.
Acceptable use
Users are responsible for connecting calendars they are allowed to access and for understanding that this product creates convenience copies in Google Calendar rather than changing the Microsoft calendar itself.
Disconnect and deletion
Users can disconnect Microsoft or Google accounts, delete sync cache and history, or delete app sync data from Settings. Operational logs may be retained briefly for diagnostics, billing integrity, security, and abuse prevention, subject to the final Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
Calendar providers, OAuth platforms, billing providers, and hosting platforms can change or interrupt access. The service is provided for convenience calendar visibility, not as a system of record for legal, medical, emergency, or financial deadlines.
Governing jurisdiction
These launch terms use Switzerland as the governing jurisdiction, with mandatory consumer protections reserved.
