Pricing questions

How does the 14-day free trial work?

No credit card required: connect your Microsoft and Google accounts, and the 14-day trial starts the moment you run your first sync. Subscribe more than three days before the trial ends and billing still only begins when the trial ends; in the final three days, subscribing starts billing right away. If you don't subscribe, sync simply pauses and you pay nothing. Each account gets one trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the customer portal linked in Billing — one click, effective at the end of the paid period. You can also email support. Cancelling stops renewals; synced events already in your Google calendar remain yours.

Are there other plans or a free tier?

No. One plan, $9/month, up to three connected Outlook calendars. No usage tiers, no per-seat math, no feature gates. If you need a free option, Google's URL subscription works — with a 12–24 hour delay.

Do you charge VAT?

No. Philip Reichen Software is not VAT registered, so Swiss VAT/MWST is not charged while that remains the case. Billing and receipts are handled through Stripe.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Sync pauses at the end of the paid period. Your Google calendar keeps the already-synced events, and you can delete the app-created calendar and stored sync data anytime from Settings or by revoking access in your Microsoft and Google accounts.
