Export Outlook calendar to Google Calendar, or keep it synced?

If you only need a one-time migration, Microsoft's export/import path can be enough. If your Outlook calendar keeps changing, you need continuous one-way sync.

Not another static calendar export.

Microsoft's official Google Calendar instructions are useful when you want a one-time snapshot. This product exists for the thing busy people actually need: future changes kept in sync.

Microsoft export/import

Export an Outlook `.ics` file, import it into Google Calendar, and you get a static copy. New Outlook meetings, changed times, and cancellations do not keep flowing.

Outlook to Google Calendar

Connect once. Outlook remains the source calendar, while Google receives shadow events that update when Outlook changes.
