Export Outlook calendar to Google Calendar, or keep it synced?

Export an Outlook `.ics` file, import it into Google Calendar, and you get a static copy. New Outlook meetings, changed times, and cancellations do not keep flowing.

Connect once. Outlook remains the source calendar, while Google receives shadow events that update when Outlook changes.
